The names in red are the new voice actors and you cn see that Scar and Alphonse are new actors and the main role of Edward Elric is yet again being done by Vic Mignogna. Met Vic once and he's actually very friendly to the fans and cosplays at conventions...he's not short though like Edward ^^;
For those who somehow haven't heard of this new FMA series. It's a remake of the series that goes more to the manga than the original series did.

Interesting news coming from Anime News Network. Leaked documents from anime studio BONES suggests that a sequel to Fullmetal Alchemist is quite a possibility. To not give away any spoilers from the FMA movie, The Conqueror of Shambala..lets just say that the ending definitely opens up a need for a sequel.
